I started my business, Costley Virtual Support, as a virtual assistant and grew into operations and executive support, working closely with entrepreneurs as their businesses expanded. Over time, I saw the same pattern again and again. Entrepreneurs were overwhelmed, holding too much in their heads, and trying to manage everything before they could afford real support. I know firsthand that you cannot do everything alone, and I also understand the reality of building a business in an economy where outsourcing is not always immediately possible. Through my work, I’ve learned how quickly gaps in structure and support can create overwhelm, even when someone is capable and motivated.
